Title: Academy Business Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £33,444 to £41,025 FTE

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

Rushy Meadow Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Academy Business Manager to develop, implement and manage school business systems and processes. The Academy Business Manager will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and business functions to ensure that teaching and learning are well supported and that the children are safe and happy.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to develop and maintain school budgets, in addition, they will take responsibility for academy level procurement, health and safety, premises management and enterprise activities. In order to deliver the diverse range of responsibilities, they will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to operate in a complex environment with competing interests. as well as line-manage the facilities and administration staff. 

The Academy Business Manager will liaise regularly with Governors, Trust level staff and work alongside the Head of School on a day-to-day basis
