Working Pattern:

We require invigilators for two weeks in January, two weeks in April and during our internal and external exams series which run from May through to mid July.   This role is flexible and allows you to work when it is convenient to you..

Session Times - at times there will be flexibility regarding timings dependant on exam needs

9.00 am - 12.00pm 

12.30pm  - 4.00pm

We are looking to recruit Exam invigilators to join our existing exams team to support our internal and external exams series.  We offer full training and you will be require to attend regular briefings by the Exams Officer.  The role requires you to support the Exam Officer and Lead invigilator in setting up the examination rooms, ensuring correct exam procedures are followed in line with JCQ regulations,  to distribute and collect examination papers and monitoring students during the examination period.

If you are hard working, reliable, enthusiastic and flexible with good verbal communication skills along with an eye for detail we would like to hear from you.
