Job overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic member of staff to assist the Assistant Director of English in raising standards of Literacy across the whole academy.
You will have a clear vision of what is required to improve the literacy levels of all pupils and how you can support staff and pupils to make this vision a reality.
You will have relentless drive and energy, and the capacity to enthuse readers, promote reading and be effective in monitoring the Accelerated Reader programme.
Letters of application should be written to the Person Specification and should outline the skills and experiences that you could bring to make a difference at our academy. They should be no more than 2 sides of A4 paper and written in Arial font size 12.
