Academy Manager (Maternity Cover - One Year)

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Academy Manager to join a high-achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. The Academy Manager is a key role to the operational running of the academy and will form part of the Senior Leadership Team to work in collaboration with Trust Central Services on all regulatory and policy matters.

The Academy Manager will line manage the Office Manager at The Nottingham Emmanuel School to support and develop the administration team and procedures. The administration team consists of 3 Receptionists, 4 Administrators, and 1 Reprographics Technician. The administration team provides various admin functions in order to support Teaching and Support staff, by ensuring that student outcomes is our main priority and focus.

The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with.
