The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, efficient and meticulous MIS Administrator to lead on the attendance, admissions, assessments, census and data. An opportunity to be part of a brilliant team, focused on using the latest technologies to drive efficiency and excellence. You would have high quality in-school development and training, a fully supportive forward-thinking leadership team to help you drive forwards ambitious plans for our children and our community.

The Person

A committed, reliable and enthusiastic individual to start a new challenge in a friendly, fast paced and vibrant school office.

The successful applicant will be:

  •  An experienced MIS Administrator and ideally in a similar role
  • Extensive IT and computer skills and be prepared to learn on the job and undertake training
  • Have excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Work well under pressure and an ability to multi-task
  • A team player, someone proud of their customer service skills and truly want to make a difference
  • We want staff who put safeguarding at the heart of all they do
  • You are excited by administration and blue-sky thinking!

Our Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share that commitment. Appointment to the post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and background check. References are taken up before interview unless specified differently. In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education, the Trust will carry out an online search as part of the due diligence on shortlisted candidates. There is a requirement for appointed staff to obtain criminal records checks or a letter from a professional regulating authority from all countries lived or worked abroad in for 3 months or more.
