We are see king a highly organised, motivated and caring individual to join our International team.

As the first point of contact for hundreds of international students studying at CRC,as well as our home stay hosts, you will be happy to provide all support necessary to ensure that our students have the best possible time with us herein Cambridge. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy juggling a variety of aspects to this busy but rewarding role.

You will have first-rate administration and communication skills and be adept at being patient with those who need help, especially when English is their second language and they are away from home needing support. You will be great atco-ordinating people and events and enjoy arranging fun but appropriate outings and activities for young people. Fun aside, you will be a stickler for detail and will want to ensure that all of the appropriate checks and support are in place for our home stay hosts and students. It would be desirable for you to have had previous experience of safeguarding, but full training will be given.

A key part of the role involves responsibility for the college's emergency contact phone for international students, which will require an immediate response on the few occasions that students or families call in with urgent queries.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
