Part Time - 30 hours per week (over either 4 or 5 days)
This leading HMC co-educational School seeks to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join the enthusiastic and professional support team.
The successful candidate will support the Deputy Finance Manager and provide a basic book keeping function. A key part of the role will be maintenance of the purchase ledger including supplier creation, processing and payment of supplier invoices and employee expenses by BACS and cheques.
Experience of working in a financial role, including accounting/book-keeping for invoices and employee expenses, making payments and using computerised accounting systems is essential.
The starting salary will be between £18,400 - £20,800 per annum (pro rata of £23,000 - £26,000).
