About the role

We have a very exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Loughborough. You will play a vital role in our team by processing, reconciling, and reporting supplier transactions with accuracy in a timely manner for our head office and 34 academies.

This is a full-time (37 hours per week) permanent position within the team.

£21,000 per annum (plus an additional £1,900 per annum FTE increase, pay review pending)

Who we are looking for

GCSE's including English and Maths at grade C/4 (or equivalent) 

Experience working within an accounts payable or finance role with a focus on controls and reconciliations

Experience of reconciling supplier statements, processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling complex customer accounts

Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience of using the Microsoft Office package, use of Excel

Excellent attention to detail 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work to deadlines

Commitment to and promotion of safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people
