Achievement Tutor

We welcome applications for this support post to commence as soon as possible.

Hours: 18.5 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks. Starting and finishing times as agreed.

Salary: The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Spine at points 9 to 13 pro rata to £21,296 to £24,222 per annum. Actual salary £9,658.57 to £10,985.63 per annum.

Cardinal Newman College is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic further education college in Lancashire, serving students from the age of 16 and above. The College, situated in Preston has over 2,000 students enrol every year.

Cardinal Newman College offers a range of courses, including A-Levels, BTEC, T-Level qualifications and GCSE resits. It was identified by Ofsted as outstanding in 2009. The College was founded and is part of the Catholic Church.
