For a well-qualified, and enthusiastic geography graduate, this post provides the opportunity to take on leadership of a highly-motivated and ambitious department as it moves into new, purpose-built accommodation.    

A varied style of teaching and a dynamic range of physical and human geography topics characterise this popular subject choice.  The successful candidate will be expected to teach from years 7 to 13, including Oxbridge entrance, combining intellectual rigour with genuine passion.  A willingness to teach physical geography at A level is desirable. Alongside departmental management and the preparation of exams, the post holder will be enthusiastic about developing the use of technology in the classroom.  He/she will also participate in our pastoral programme and play a full part in the varied co-curricular life of the school.
