Acting Head of ICT

The Garrard Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of ICT to join a dynamic, friendly and dedicated team to cover a period of maternity leave. The ability to teach across the full age and ability range including A Level, to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and to consistently teach inspirational lessons within this highly committed department is essential

Successful candidates would be joining a friendly, experienced and supportive team within the Secondary section of an all through Academy from Reception to Key Stage 5.

You will be joining The Academy at a time of rapid and sustained improvement. We are on track to post our best ever floor results at Key Stage 4 and the challenge will be to sustain and maintain these results for the future.

Situated within easy walking distance of Abbey Wood station (30 minutes from Central London) and part of the soon to be completed cross rail project we also have free parking and allocated parking spaces for staff who choose to drive.
