Acting Headteacher

Our vision is to provide a happy, caring and stimulating learning environment in which all members of the school are valued and reach their full potential.

This means that the children are at the very heart of our school. We aim to provide them with a safe, secure and happy place where they can enjoy learning and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to become caring, well informed citizens.

Our current headteacher will be retiring at the end of August after 14 years of service to the school and the community. The School Governors are seeking to appoint an acting headteacher to cover for the 2017-18 academic year, which will be a transition year after the school joins a new Multi-Academy Trust in September 2017.

We are seeking an acting headteacher who will do an excellent ‘day job’, have the vision to lead the school so as to continue its path of improvement, raising standards, and organisational development.

Applicants seeking secondment must have the approval of their Governing Body before applying for this post.
