Would you like to shape and develop a brand new ARP for students within our school? Are you a talented leader of SEND? Are you keen to deliver the very best educational support to our students who need us most, by developing a curriculum and timetables that are engaging, robust, inclusive and that offer choice and progression?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our SEND team. Reporting to the SENDCO, you will help set up and lead our new ARP, which is due to begin in September 2023. You will provide a high-quality teaching and learning experience for all. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and outstanding teacher and a leader who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will deliver the curriculum in our ARP provision and monitor the quality and outcomes of our students as they develop their knowledge, understanding, skills and abilities within a secure, challenging and motivating educational environment. You will make a lasting impact on student lives. You will ensure our most vulnerable students have access to a wide range of first rate opportunities, so that they can thrive and achieve to their full potential into adulthood.
