Do you have the sparkle to be part of a team that INSPIRES pupils to overcome the challenges of deprivation? Will you have a direct and positive IMPACT on our school community every day? Will you show and model INTEGRITY through your professional behaviour and interactions with parents and families? If so, we are looking for you.

Broadford Primary is part of The Learning Federation. In our Federation with Mead Primary we believe that a child’s socio-economic background should not be a barrier to success. We passionately believe that the children of Harold Hill deserve the best education we can provide: our schools’ results place us significantly above the national average despite the challenging context.

What is the role?

The role will involve: operating payroll systems, co-ordinating orders and supplies of equipment, supporting the Business Manager with financial records and reports. In addition the role will often involve being a first point of contact for parents and the local community - so an exemplary and professional approach to customer service is essential. Finally the role will involve working with the Teaching School Director to organise events, prepare bids and develop contacts with other schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a crucial role within the largest Primary school community in Havering - totalling over 1,300 pupils! If you committed to making a real difference to the life chances of Harold Hill children come and visit us.

If you think you are ready for this exciting next step please call Lois Nicholls on 01708 342880.

A visit to the school prior to application is strongly suggested

Closing date: Wednesday 7th December at 12pm
Interviews: w/c 12th December 2016
