We are seeking to appoint an excellent experienced administrative assistant, to work full time in a busy main school office.
If you are:
- Experienced and skilled in using Windows and Microsoft Office Word, Exce, and Outlook
- Experienced and skilled in using SIMS
- Experienced in working in an office with exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks, and manage own workload
- Proficient in using Google for Education (Docs / Sheets / Slides)

Able to communicate effectively with parents, staff and secondary school pupils

Demonstrably high standards of literacy and numeracy skills

About St Angela's Ursuline School
St Angela's Ursuline School is a voluntary aided school based in Newham in London for girls aged 11-18. It is a Roman Catholic school.
The school was built in 1862 by the sisters of the Ursuline order, inspired by the vision of their founder and the school’s namesake.
Approximately 90% of the school’s population are from ethnic minority backgrounds.
