Admin Assistant - Post 16

The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to recruit an organised and proactive individual for the role of Admin Assistant to support the post 16 function at Chatham Grammar.  This is a new role required due to the increasing popularity and rapidly expanding UKAT Sixth Form.  

The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.  Experience in a school or post 16 setting is desired, and we would respectfully suggest that applicants who do not already have this experience, research any areas of the job description with which they are unfamiliar, prior to application.  

Our new Admin Assistant will be assisting our post 16 students with one of the most exciting times in their education careers and will be joining a very dedicated, creative and friendly post 16 team.  To gain some insight into our post 16 provision, you might like to view our UKAT Sixth Form open event which will be live from Wednesday 25 November, via the Chatham Grammar website.
