Job overview
Riverside College Work Place Learning is a growing department within the College and this role is to provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team.
• To assist with the collection of, coding of and entry of apprentice data onto the college’s learner records system.
• To set up and maintain apprentice records and files to meet internal and external quality requirements
• To assist with the processing of tutor timesheets and mileage claims
• To assist with the processing of final apprenticeship framework certification claims
• To liaise with employer services team with regards to apprenticeship contracts and payment schedules
This post is part time, days to be mutually agreed

Riverside College is a mixed, non-denominational further education and tertiary college for students aged 16 and over. Its Kingsway campus is located in Widnes, Cheshire.
The college was founded in 2006 after a merger between Halton College and Widnes & Runcorn Sixth Form College. The Kingsway campus is one of the college’s three sites and is close to Widnes town centre.
Riverside College offers a range of educational options to students, including professional courses, apprenticeships, adult learning courses and higher education.
