Drayton Manor High School is looking to appoint an Administration and HR Manager to start as soon as possible.
We are interested to hear from candidates with sound management and HR experience to oversee the school’s administrative base. Reporting to the Head and Senior Team you will be responsible for the management of major school functions including Administration and Human Resources.
This is a key role within the School. The successful applicant will be a confident and clear communicator, with extensive administrative experience at senior level. The ability to multi-task, be highly organised and work to tight deadlines is essential. A full range of duties and responsibilities can be found in the post information pack.
Drayton Manor is a heavily oversubscribed and successful school that has been judged Outstanding in our most recent OFSTED report. Student achievement is high with a value added score at A level placing us in the top 12% of schools nationally and 50% of GCSE students achieving the English Baccalaureate. We are very proud of our ethos.

About Drayton Manor High School
Drayton Manor High School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in London serving students between the ages of 11-19. The secondary school, situated in Ealing as approximately 1,566 students on record.
Formerly Drayton Manor Grammar School, Drayton Manor High School was established in 1930, changing to a comprehensive status in 1975. The secondary school converted to academy status in 2012 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in the same year.
