Salary Grade 13, Range 41-43 (£46,980 to £48,960)

Drayton Manor High School is looking to appoint an inspirational, committed and forward-thinking leader, with a real interest in the provision of high quality administration to support a high achieving institution.

We are interested to hear from candidates with sound management and HR experience to oversee the school’s administrative base and further develop the work of the area. Reporting to the Head and Senior Team, you will be responsible for the management of major school functions including administration and Human Resources and will have the opportunity to influence and further large areas of the schools work.

This is a key role within the School. The successful applicant will be a confident and clear communicator, with extensive administrative experience and leadership at a senior level. The ability to multi-task, be highly organised and to manage the work of the team in meeting tight deadlines is essential.
