Actual starting salary: £27,416 for 37 hours per week, term time only + 20 days
(subject to a 6- month probationary period)

We are looking to appoint an Administration and Operations Manager to provide a first class service, managing the administration team, premises and lunchtime supervisory staff, to include performance management and day to day organisation. The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative support on financial and personnel matters taking a lead role in ensuring the integrity of the Academy’s financial management systems, making best use of resources through effective forward planning and financial consideration; working as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and advising the Principal and Governing Body (GB) on the non- teaching activities of the academy.
The ability to work independently with initiative is essential, as are the skills required to be a successful team manager in a fast-paced environment. A positive outlook, and the ability to work under pressure with an appreciation of confidentiality is very important.
Led by Sir John Townsley the nationally renowned GORSE Academies Trust is strong and united. As a professional within the Trust you will have regular opportunities to work in partnership with colleagues within the other secondary academies and across phase; at secondary level three of the four secondary academies have been graded by Ofsted as Outstanding and two secondary academies have achieved the World Class Schools Quality Mark Award.
