Job overview
We are looking to appoint an exceptional administration assistant to join Merritts Brook E-ACT Academy. You will play a key roll in providing an effective clerical and reception service to Academy staff, students and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
- Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
- Providing general clerical support eg photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, completing routine forms and responding to routine correspondence
- Supporting SLT with the day to day administration for the Academy

Salary for this position is NJC Scale point 6-8 £17,212 - £17,907 Term time + 2 weeks. (FTE £19,698 - £20,493)
