We currently have a vacancy within our Regional Business Support Team for a full time, term time Administration Assistant at one of our sites near Little Downham. 

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional administration service ensuring business processes are effectively and resourcefully managed to support the delivery of a quality service. This is a varied role which will involve various administration duties and would suit a highly organised, motivated and multi-tasking individual.

This is a varied role which will involve various administration duties within the Education team including, but not inclusive of, reception, managing our student information system, petty cash, ordering, maintaining the school calendar, archiving, letters, post, policy updates and education reports.

The successful candidate would ideally have previous administration experience along with commitment, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.

Kingsmere School is an independent special day school with its own grounds in a rural location in Cambridgeshire. The school caters for school for boys aged from 11 to 16 years old with complex needs which include behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (also known as SEMH or BESD).
