Administration Assistant

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm,

The school is looking for a friendly, professional person to join our busy school office on a permanent basis, working 5 hours per day.

Your responsibilities will include dealing with enquiries from parents and visitors at the reception desk and by telephone, along with general clerical and administration work. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential attributes, together with the ability to prioritise your work and use your initiative. Experience in a primary school office would be ideal however previous experience in an office environment including use of Microsoft office is essential.
