Overview of post
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic self-starting Administration Assistant to provide efficient and professional administration and technical support to the training centres, managers, delivery teams and learners that form part of the Gateshead College/Cidori Partnership.
You will be required to carry out a range of assigned clerical/technical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately, including the production of key delivery documents and materials to support learning using a variety of different applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power-point and specialist enrolment and funding databases.
You will work closely with the Funding & Data Team and Managers to enrol, register, track and claim students’ qualifications, ensuring that outcomes for learners are maximised. Ensure processes and procedures are consistent with the quality standards and expectations of the Funding & Data Team and Gateshead College overall.
It is essential that you have a proven track record of attention to detail and experience of recording, analysing and interpreting data. You must also have strong IT skills of Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and FE College MIS systems. The ability to use your own initiative, work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are also essential requirements for this role. (Previous applicants need not apply)
