Job Title: School Administration Assistant
Location: Waterloo Lodge School
Salary: £8,474.00 per year
Hours: 20 hours per week, 8:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday (Term time plus 5 inset days)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We’re looking for a School Administrator Assistant to join Waterloo Lodge School team. Someone with relevant administration experience would be perfect for this role.
About the School
Waterloo Lodge is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 11 to 18, catering for children with a wide range of needs in Lancashire, Manchester and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
We pride ourselves in steering children in the right direction, nurturing aspiration to progress them academically and socially, to encourage them to take pride in their achievements. Socially, we build confidence in our students so they are able to have a greater understanding of the wider community in which they live.

About the Role
This new job role is to assist the Office Manager in developing the school as a high quality specialist provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the life and community of the school and can prioritise their own workload in order to ensure the proficient operation of the school.
Essential Criteria
GCSE’s in English and Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent)
Basic computer literacy skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to prioritise tasks
