A unique opportunity to join a passionate team of staff in a new and growing Academy.

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable Administration Assistant to join us in creating an outstanding Support Team.

Oasis Academy Leesbrook is a school where all young people receive a personalised educational experience. Students’ academic skills, habits and personalities are developed allowing them to successfully progress to work or further education, whilst making a positive contribution to our community. We prepare our students to be future local, national and global leaders who the community look upon with pride and admiration.

The Academy is currently based in temporary accommodation (a state of the art, purpose built property on Middleton Road) and we will move to our permanent home in September 2020, located just off Lees Road. We have just over 360 children on roll and expect to welcome another 150 Year 7 students in September 2020.  The school will grow in size, to eventually house 1500 students.

Under the leadership of the Principal’s PA and day-to-day supervision of our current Receptionist / Administrators, we require a resilient, dedicated and positive practitioner who can work well within a small team and equally shows initiative to work on their own.  Some experience of working in an educational setting would be desirable, yet not essential.

As a member of our growing support team, you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of professionalism for every single visitor, parent and student and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where students feel safe.  You will also be required to support the teaching staff with administration tasks.

The successful candidate will be passionate and driven with excellent communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.

We therefore require an Administration Assistant with a keenness to support students and staff.  In return, you will benefit professionally from the wealth of expertise and experience of our family of Academies, along with a range of support services based at Oasis National Office.

If you would like to discuss this role further, please do not hesitate to contact the Principal’s PA:
