Administration Assistant

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to this role, which has been created as part of our Administration team restructuring process.

Salary: Grade 5 SCP 14-17 £8.69 - £9.21 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, term time only. To be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday inclusive, 4 hours per day
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2018
Required as soon as possible

The role will involve:

• Assisting in the smooth running of the school's office and reception area by undertaking general office, reception and administrative duties as required.
• Collecting, maintaining and updating data on school databases (knowledge of SIMS would be desirable).
• Working under the direction of the School Business Manager.
