Administration Assistant
Salary Band: GAET Band 3 (SCP 3 to 5)
Actual Salary: £11,219 to £11,672
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09.30 to 14.30. Working term time only plus 10 days.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our administration team. You will support with administrative duties so excellent communication skills and a “can do” attitude is essential.
The role will involve working as part of a very busy administration team, providing administrative support to staff and students. You will undertake a range of duties, getting the opportunity to experience different areas of the Academy administration service. In addition, you will be involved in a variety of other tasks including Academy finance based processes, meeting room bookings and arranging transport.
