Hayesfield Girls’ School are seeking to appoint an Administration Manager.

We are looking for an experienced team leader to manage the delivery of an efficient, professional and effective administration service to the School, including a welcoming front office and telephone reception service. The role will include providing administrative and clerical support to the members of the Senior Leadership Team and teaching staff.

The key qualities required for this role are a high level of initiative, ability to work independently and to motivate a team. You should be change agile and solution-focused at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience of office management in the public sector, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a high degree of initiative. Excellent ICT skills are essential, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management.

Ideally you will have experience of using SIMS.net or equivalent system, relevant experience in local government preferably in a school or similar environment and an appropriate first aid qualification would be an advantage although full training will be given.

The Position is 37 hours a week, term time only plus 5 INSET days plus 20 days in the holidays.
