Admin Officer Assistant - Permanent

Hours of work are currently 12 a week, term time only, with the possibility for these to be increased at a later date.

Salary  £19,171 - £19,945 pro rata

The school is seeking to appoint a committed and conscientious administrator who will embrace working in our vibrant school office.  The post requires excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with children, colleagues, parents and visitors.  The candidate will provide an efficient and courteous reception service, as well as delivering confidential, efficient and flexible administrative support within our busy office.

Applicants will need to be excellent communicators, well organised, and diligent.  A good standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skills are required.

Applicants should also possess IT skills, Microsoft Office 365 package desirable, along with a good working knowledge of administration.

Knowledge of SIMS and finance packages (SAGE), would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

A friendly, welcoming manner as well as accuracy, attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential, along with the ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team.

There is potential for this role to be developed for the right candidate.
