Pay Range: WSCC Grade 4 Points 14 to 16
Hours of Work and Salary: 37 hours per week term time plus two weeks during the holidays + INSET Mon to Fri 8.15 am to 4.15 pm (3.45 pm on Friday)
Actual Salary: £14,844 + Crawley Weighting

Due to a recent resignation and re-organisation within our administrative services we have a new vacancy in the school Administration Team. The principle focus of this post is administrative support for the data and admissions processes of the school. Please note the hours of work are not negotiable.
The successful applicants will also be required to work with the administration team in providing support for a range of administrative tasks not necessarily related to the key responsibilities of this post. This may, for example, include supporting the attendance and reception functions of the school and ad hoc cover in the medical room and main reception.
The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements as set out in the Person Specification which accompanies the Job Description. Presentation of the Application Form and covering letter will form part of the selection process as will practical testing and interviews on the day. Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview on the date indicated.
