Due to a recent re-organisation we have a new vacancy in the school Administration Team. This post has two main areas of responsibility: firstly, to provide support to the Exams Officer in the day-to-day administration of both internal and external exams. Secondly the role involves supporting the Performance and Improvement Manager in the maintenance of student data, generation of reports and completion of official returns.


The successful applicant will also be required to work with the administration team in providing support for a range of administrative tasks not necessarily related to the key responsibilities of this post. This will include occasional cover of the main school reception. 


The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements as set out in the Person Specification which accompanies the Job Description. Presentation of the Application Form and covering letter will form part of the selection process as will practical testing and interviews on the day. Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview on the date indicated.
