Pay Range: WSCC Grade 4 Points 14 to 16  

Hours of Work and Salary: 37 hours per week term time plus two weeks during the holidays + INSET  Mon to Fri  8.15 am to 4.15  pm (3.45 pm  on Friday) Actual Salary: £14,844 + Crawley Weighting  

Contract Type: Permanent

Due to a recent resignation and re-organisation we have a new vacancy in the school Administration Team. The principle focus of this post is the routine and day to day administration of the school timetable as support to senior leaders. The role also requires support to the main school reception and other administrative support for the data processes of the school. Please note the hours of work are not negotiable.  

The successful applicants will also be required to work with the administration team in providing support for a range of administrative tasks not necessarily related to the key responsibilities of this post. This may, for example, include supporting the attendance function of the school and ad hoc cover in the medical room.   

The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements as set out in the Person Specification which accompanies the Job Description. Presentation of the Application Form and covering letter will form part of the selection process as will practical testing and interviews on the day. Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview on the date indicated.

Welcome to the Holy Trinity Church of England Secondary School. We are a Voluntary Aided Church school with a rich history and a reputation for excellence.  

The school was opened in 1969 by the Queen and is believed to be the first purpose built Church of England comprehensive school in the country. Today it is an over-subscribed and vibrant multi-faith, multi-cultural school serving three deaneries of Cuckfield, East Grinstead and Horsham, and the community of Crawley, providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice.
