Level 3 - $34.5658 - $36.0296 / hour (inc. 25% casual loading)

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer with high level skills in data entry and quality assurance to work with the School Based Apprenticeship team at Toowoomba Catholic Schools.
This role will require you to enter and manipulate data in an already established Access database, liaise with school and industry partners and provide high level administrative support to the Manager and Assistant Manager of the School Based Apprenticeship Program.
The ability to self-manage, work to deadlines and be agile and forward thinking is also a requirement of this role.
High level written and oral communications skills that enable you to quickly build and maintain relationships will ensure success.
