Job overview

Key to the role is experience of order processing, reconciliation and administration, good IT skills, the ability to multi-task and confident use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.  The successful candidate must have a GCSE C grade or equivalent in Maths and English.  Excellent communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will be establishing and maintaining good relationships with students, parents, colleagues and other professionals  

Pay & Conditions: UCET Grade 5, Range 22 - 26 

Term time (38 weeks) plus 2 days  Hours: 37 hours per week: 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4pm Friday; 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) 

Responsibilities to include:  • Effective and efficient administrative support for the co-ordination of educational visits/activities and admissions • Responsibility for the accurate recording and safe keeping of money collected from students and staff, including Parent Pay • Operate and administer the Parent Pay system and cashless catering system • Support for SENCO administration, diary requirements and liaising with parents and outside agencies • Input order requisitions

Trevelyan Middle School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational middle school in Berkshire serving students from the age of 9-13. The middle school is situated in Windsor and has approximately 433 students on record.

Trevelyan Middle School opened in 1930, formerly known as New Windsor Council School. The secondary school converted to academy status in 2016.
