We are a small but expanding MAT, our vision is ‘success for everyone’.  There are currently two schools in the Trust, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a highly successful all-inclusive boys’ school with a co-educational offer at Post 16, and the newly built Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls, that is already making huge strides in the education arena. Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant and Lead First Aider who will be responsible for providing administrative support to meet the needs of the school and lead on the school’s first aid provision. The successful applicant will need to have a flexible approach in supporting with other duties at busy times of year and provide administrative support as required.

Essential qualities/experience:

1. To hold a relevant first aid qualification or a willingness to be trained.

2. To be able to work as a team member.

3. To have a flexible and positive approach to all administrative duties undertaken.

4. To have the ability to prioritise work, to act on your own initiative, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

5. Willingness to attend training courses to enhance development and performance.

6. Good interpersonal and organisational skills.

7. Ability to multi-task and assist with work.
