An exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant has arisen to provide support to the Senior Deputy Headteacher, our busy and hardworking administration team, which includes Exams and general administration. 

In addition to possessing excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate must be confident, meticulous, numerate, methodical with the ability to plan and prioritise work in a fast paced environment.

Strong experience across the full range of Microsoft Office software especially advanced Word and Excel skills is essential. 

You must be able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with comprehensive understanding of GDPR. Candidates must be team players, willing to go the extra mile and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.

The post would suit somebody with an administration background, either corporate or education (preferably secondary) who is seeking greater responsibility in what is a business-like environment.
