Job overview

Burnt Ash Primary School is currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to work within the school office and help provide effective and efficient financial administrative support.

Salary: Grade BR6 (£23,032 - £25,261) pro rata

Hours: 36 hours per week – term time including Inset Days plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of working in an administrative role
  • Be competent in the use of ICT(Word, Excel, Internet etc)
  • Work well within a small close-knit team
  • Be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
  • Behave in warm, yet professional manner towards colleagues, pupils and visitors at all times, and contribute to the positive ethos of the school.
