• Full time, temporary position (1 Year)
• Commence as soon as possible

Skills and Experience

• Excellent data administration/processing skills. 
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of PC-School or similar school record system/database. 
• Good understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 365.   
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Diary management through Microsoft Outlook and other management systems. 

About You

• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
• Ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent and professional phone manner.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to liaise with all levels in the College organisation. 
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• A commitment to the Augustinian and Catholic ethos of the College is a condition of employment.
• Child Protection legislation applies, including a current Working with Children Check.
