We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and well organised administrative assistant. You will be part of a small and friendly office team and your role will be busy and varied. Your work will include reception duties, greeting visitors, answering emails and telephone calls, inputting attendance and school lunch orders, managing pupil records including admissions data, overseeing arrangements for school trips and after school clubs plus general office duties. The role will also include midday supervision of pupils and a willingness to undergo first-aid training would be desirable.
We are looking for someone who:
Is enthusiastic and welcoming as a first point of contact within the school;
Is able to manage a busy work schedule and is able to manage interruptions;
Is proficient and accurate in the use of ICT and email/telephone communications;
Is committed to safeguarding and wellbeing for children and staff.

This post is Monday to Friday, term-time only, core school hours (up to 32.5 hours - there may be some flexibility).
