Praxis Educational is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist the Administration Department in day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Assist in Maintenance, Lease Administration, Contracted Services
  • Provide general clerical support including mailing, picking up supplies, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Assist in resolving any administrative challenges
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the office.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities and KHDA
  • Arrange meetings and taking MOM.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly reports.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on Administrative support experience
  • Fluency in English and language is a must
  • Presentable look and manner
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillS
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in Accounting support/Bookkeeping is a plus
