Working for 41 Weeks per Year, 36 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a welcoming, talented and highly motivated administrative team at Wren Academy. The successful candidate will provide assistance in the smooth running of the Academy’s trips and general administration.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen desire to learn and the ability to be part of a team. Training will be given where appropriate but experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment will be desirable
The successful candidate will be a key part of the team which consists of the Office Manager, Senior Administrator, and around half a dozen other colleagues. The role is designed to improve and develop the work of the Academy.
The Academy has been judged to be Outstanding by OFSTED. It has over 1,450 students. A Primary phase has opened and the Academy has become an ‘All Through’ School. High standards have been set and as the Academy continues to grow we expect that the Administration team will develop further.
The ability to work professionally and to deal with confidential and sensitive information is required. Relevant experience, together with the ability to interact appropriately across a number of levels, is also important. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to use their own initiative and to have a common sense approach.
