The Headteacher and Governors of the Hammersmith Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to deal with Finance and Data in this innovative 11-18 Academy in West London.  Sponsored by City of London Livery Companies, the Mercers’ Company and the Information Technologists’ Company, the Academy opened in September 2011 to Year 7 and Year 12 students and has grown to 861 on roll.

We are seeking a candidate with the following personal qualities:

• Hardworking

• Good self-management skills, including the ability to plan one’s own time effectively

• Able to work as part of a team

• Enjoys working in new and challenging situations

• A high level of personal integrity and probity

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

who will provide administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the school, with particular responsibility for processing financial and school management data.
