The RJ Mitchell Primary School are looking to appoint a personable, professional team player to join the school’s office team. You will need to deliver exemplary customer service to parents, staff and other stakeholders.
Hours: 20 hours a week (term time only - 39 weeks to include INSET days 8.30am – 12.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £17,935 (full -time salary) £8,465 (actual salary pro-rata) Grade: APTC Scale 2 Point 11
Required from April 2017
You will ensure the efficient organisation and administration of systems and procedures as needed. You will be responsible for operating sQuid and updating the relevant information system.
Often a first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and readily able to respond to queries, resolve problems and adapt to the differing priorities of the working day.
The successful candidate will be able to use or be prepared to be trained on the school’s computerised management information systems and paper based systems to enter, record and retrieve a range of school data. You will have a good level of IT skills such as word processing and spreadsheets in order to prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports and papers.
