Administrative Assistant

30 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks

Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Assistant at The Royal Masonic School for Girls. RMS is an independent, day and boarding school with a supportive and nurturing ethos. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for RMS Calendar and extra-curricular and from time to time be involved in projects and ad-hoc administrative support for other areas within the team.

The successful candidate will need to be a skilled administrator who is flexible, well organised and has strong communication skills. The role is customer focused, both for our internal stakeholders and our parents and pupils.  This post is at the heart of the school's operation and therefore a commitment to the school and its success is a fundamental prerequisite of the post.
