ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME

Leicester Grammar School is one of the UK's top-performing co-educational HMC independent day schools.

Our well established and successful administration team who are instrumental in ensuring quality service is provided to teachers, colleagues, pupils, parents and visitors needs to be expanded in order to accommodate demands for a fixed period due to the unusual challenges of the 2021-22 academic year. 

The available role is an exciting opportunity to join Leicester Grammar School supporting the administration of the highly sensitive and critical safeguarding and learning development teams as well as maintaining pupil files, including archiving. Your days may also include reception duties and providing administration/reception cover across the Trust schools if required. 

This is a fixed period contract up to 31 August 2022, working 3 days per week 8:30am – 5:30pm; working during school holiday periods will be required. The successful candidate will be well supported with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues and our Administration Manager. Annual salary is expected to be £1,241 per full calendar month until the end of the contract.
