We are seeking one or two people to fill the following roles.  Consideration will be given to combining the roles for a total of 32.5 hours per week.  Please state clearly on the application form which role(s) you are applying for.

Salary FTE £17007 – £17391 gross (£8.82 - £9.01 per hour)

Equates to starting salary of £12748.92 gross per annum for both roles (32.5 hours pw)

Cover Supervision Manager

7.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 9.00am), term-time only plus 5 training days.

This is a key post to ensure that a programme of cover for absent teachers has been implemented and communicated in accordance with school procedures, by the start of the school day.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Administrative Assistant – Lettings and Health & Safety

25 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 training days (hours of work are flexible in agreement with the school).

Join our Facilities team, who are ensuring the day to day smooth functioning of the School’s working environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative activities to support the Facilities Team in all aspects of the School’s lettings and Health and Safety compliance.

We are looking for a flexible team member who is an excellent communicator, well organised and proficient in the use of IT.
