The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join our Trust central team.  The post will be based at Trust central office located at the Riverside Business Park, Tottle Road, Nottingham.

This newly created post will provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support as and when needed to members of the Trust’s Executive Team - the CEO, the Directors of Performance and Standards, the Director of Human Resources, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Finance Director and HR Manager.  This will include diary management, booking meetings, taking minutes/notes as required and confidential typing.  The appointee will also be responsible for the reception service for the Trust’s central offices greeting visitors in a professional manner and providing general clerical support including dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Applicants should a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/Level5 or above including English and Maths and experience of working in a busy and fast paced office.  You will be highly ICT literate with Advanced level Microsoft Office skills and be a proficient user of social media such as Twitter.  In addition, you will have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Accuracy and attention to detail will be essential in all the elements of the role.
