An exciting opportunity exists to join the finance team of one of the leading independent schools in West Yorkshire.
Huddersfield Grammar School seeks a polite, professional team player to join our already established school finance team. The role has two major workstreams:
• the management of all aspects of recruitment including the administration of the single central register plus the ongoing personnel administration
• and the management of all aspects of the tuition fee and disbursement invoicing including liaising with parents and debt collection.
The successful candidate will be highly numerate with good attention to detail, demonstrate ability to work within a team, ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems, have a calm, professional and pro-active problem-solving attitude. The candidate should ideally have previous experience of working within an accounts team, preferably in a sales ledger role.
Huddersfield Grammar School offers a salary of £12,000 for this part-time, full year position. The successful candidate will work daily from 8 am until 12.00 noon.
