The Trinity Catholic School have a part time vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant.

Working within a strong administration team, you will be based in the Lower School reception, performing a wide variety of reception and general administration duties.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a reception/administrative role is essential

• Have strong verbal communication skills are essential, including on the phone

• Be Customer Focused and able to handle pressure well

• Be able to prioritise your workload

• Have strong IT skills

The role is part time and term time only plus 1 week, working 39 weeks of the year, and this is reflected in the pro rata salary. The post holder will be expected to wear a uniform top – this will be provided.
